Kindness has been the heart of Fafabiotic from the very beginning. It’s not just a gesture or a campaign message, it’s something that has to be lived, practiced, and felt.
To me, a core value is something you live naturally, without needing reminders. It becomes part of how you move through the world, how you make decisions, and how you treat people.
Openness, transparency, and treating others with kindness, especially when they disagree with you, are all part of it. I’m not saying I do this perfectly, but that’s the version of myself I want to bring into Fafabiotic and every interaction connected to it.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been talking with some of our customers and recording short interviews. What fascinated me most was how differently each person uses the product, and what details they notice about the brand.
Some mentioned the care in packaging, some appreciated the fast shipping, and others loved the handwritten notes. Each one noticed that someone took time to do things right, and that care made them come back.
It reminded me that kindness can show up in very practical ways. It’s in the details, in how you show up for others even in the smallest ways.
I know that one day, when there are thousands or even millions of customers, it will be harder to maintain this level of personal connection. But I’m already imagining a time when I can travel from state to state to meet customers in person, to listen and connect. That’s something I want to hold on to and be responsible for. How special would that be?
