Purchased items ship in 1-10 days from placement of order.
Un-used product can be returned and refunded within a 14 day window after delivery.
If the product is damaged upon arrival or you order a wrong product, please return it within 2 weeks after receipt for full refund. No refund will be issued after 2 weeks.
The product should be in its original form to be eligible for refund.
For damaged product, please take a picture of product once you receive it and include the picture in your refund email.

As soon as we receive the returned product, we’ll process the refund. Please allow 4 weeks for refund to be processed.
