How to Start Using my Product?
Your product requires assembly before use. To get the best experience with your product, follow these steps:
1. Read the Instructions
Carefully read the instructions on the back of the product box.
During activation, the powder will be released from the white cap into the liquid. The liquid will change color from clear to an off-white or yellowish shade, depending on the probiotic type

What is the Activation?
Activation releases the probiotic powder from the white cap into the attached bottle. To activate, press down firmly on the cap while twisting—it requires extra pressure, which is normal. The probiotics are stored in the cap as a dry, live powder, ensuring stability by keeping them in a dormant state. Once released into the liquid medium, they begin to awaken and activate, becoming ready to nourish and benefit your skin
I see a lot of foam when activating the probiotic, is that normal?
You may notice some or a lot of foam forming depend on how much you shake the bottle—this is completely normal. We’ve provided extra material, so it’s okay to leave the foam behind.
The activated probiotic has clear like water color, did I activate correctly?
No. During activation, the powder is released from the white cap into the clear activation media. Once the powder is added, the liquid will change color — from clear to white or yellowish, depending on which of the two products you have. If the liquid is still clear, that means the powder has not yet been released. To activate, press down firmly on the cap while twisting until you see the powder (white to yellow) being released into the liquid. Then, shake well
Is it normal for the caps to keep coming off?
Probiotic powder from the top (white cap) will get released to the clear liquid and you should see change of color from clear to white/off white/yellowish depends on the product you are activating.
Only one of the products comes out of pump, how to fix it?
Don’t worry— You can easily fix this. Each bottle is an airless pump type. The best way to get both products to dispense properly is to prime the pumps separately. To do this, simply remove the caps, press down on each pump until the liquid starts to flow, and then reattach the caps
The two products dispense out at different volume, how to fix it?
This is ok as long as you get both product with each pump. If you notice an imbalance in the dispensing of the lotion and probiotic, try shaking the bottle a few times before pumping. This usually resolves the issue.
What if the product doesn’t work for me?
We encourage you to use the product as directed for one month. If you do not see results after one month, simply provide before-and-after photos along with a detailed description of why you believe the product did not work for you. Once submitted, you will receive a full refund. Please note that both the before-and-after photos from the one-month period and a clear description are required to qualify for a refund.
