RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy:

• 14 days window
• Un-used product 
• If the product is damaged upon arrival or you order a wrong product, please return it within 2 weeks after receipt for full refund. No refund will be issued after 2 weeks. 
• The product should be in its original form to be eligible for refund.
• For damaged product, please take a picture of product once you receive it and include the picture in your refund email. 
• To start the return, please contact us at: farzaneh@fafabiotic.com use "Return-damaged item" or " Return-wrong item" as email title
• As soon as we receive the returned product, we'll process the refund. Please allow 4 weeks for refund to be processed.
