Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

If the product is damaged upon arrival or you order a wrong product, please return it within 2 weeks after receipt for full refund. No refund will be issued after 2 weeks.
The product should be in its original form to be eligible for refund.
For damaged product, please take a picture of product once you receive it and include the picture in your refund email.
We cover the shipping cost for wrong or damaged items within our return time frame (2weeks after delivery)

Once we receive your email, we'll send you return label.
As soon as we receive the retuned product, we'll process the refund. Please allow 4 weeks for refund to be processed.
