Change

Greetings, skin microbiome enthusiast

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about change.

The kind of change I want to see in my home country, where people are getting killed by the Islamic regime that fears freedom. And also the kind of change I want to make through my work, in a much quieter but still meaningful way.

Because change doesn’t always look like protest or headlines. Sometimes it looks like choosing a different path and staying on it, even when it’s slow and uncomfortable.

The change I want to make is simple.

I want to make skincare simple again.

Not simplified in a lazy or watered-down way. Not β€œone step” because it sounds good on a label. But one step that actually works with your biology, your skin, and your real life.

I want to create space for people who are tired.

Tired of ten-step routines.
Tired of guessing which active to use on which night.
Tired of feeling like their skin is a problem they haven’t solved yet.
Tired of buying product after product and still feeling unsure.

I’m not trying to change everyone. Honestly, I don’t want to.

Some people love complex routines. Some people enjoy the ritual, the layers, the experimentation. That’s okay. This isn’t about convincing them otherwise.

This is about the people who quietly wonder if all of this is too much.

The people who ask, β€œWhy does skincare feel harder than it needs to be?”
The people whose skin feels unpredictable, reactive, or just exhausted.
The people who want something steady, calm, and sustainable.

Those people are my people.

I know they exist because I’ve already found some of them.

I have customers who come back. Not because of hype. Not because of pressure. But because one simple product fits into their life and their skin feels better when they stop doing so much.

That’s proof enough for me.

Building something like this is not easy.

It’s hard to build a brand around restraint in a world that rewards excess.
It’s hard to talk about less when the market keeps pushing more.
It’s hard to grow slowly when everything around you celebrates speed.

There are days when it feels like shouting into the void. Days when it would be easier to add another product, another claim, another step, just to fit in.

But that’s not the change I want to make.

I want to help people stop overthinking skincare.
I want to give permission to do less, without guilt.
I want to show that consistency and simplicity can be powerful.

Anytime you’re building something, whether it’s a product, a company, or a personal project, I think this is the question worth asking:

What change do you actually want to make?

Not what sells the fastest.
Not what pleases most people.
But what helps, even if it only helps a specific few.

Those people are out there. I know that now.

And I’m willing to take the long road to find them.

Until next blog, Cheers
